Hidden away and tucked into Southern California's Thomas Mountain Range is the quiet community of Garner Valley. Mostly horse farms, each has virtually 360-degree, spectacular views of  breathtaking mountains that range from 6,500 to nearly 11,000 feet above sea level. Miles of trails in these mountains provide opportunity to view streams, peaks, pines, boulders, flowers, wildlife, and even mines dating back to the mid 1800's. Following are some of my favorite views I discovered hiking trails in the Garner Valley mountains.
